Today I submitted by response to the Government consultation on Street works. Too many residents face unnecessary daily delays and disruption due to street works which is having an increasingly serious negative impact on our communities.

I have today submitted my response to the River Thames Scheme public consultation.  The key message that I have conveyed to the consultation is that the RTS needs to be built as soon as possible.

It was a pleasure to welcome the Secretary of State for Business, Kemi Badenoch MP, to Runnymede and Weybridge to visit Kite Glass in Weybridge. The visit was part of her work to meet with and support SMEs and the manufacturing sector. 

The public consultation on plans for the River Thames Scheme is now live. This includes details, maps and timelines for the RTS project and provides the opportunity for residents have their say, ahead of plans being submitted for official approval as part the national planning process.
