More Ways to Get Involved: Become a Police Emergency Volunteer

Flood Warning issued for the River Wey

A flood warning has been issued for the River Wey, meaning property flooding is possible. Flood alerts are also in place along the River Thames, Windle Brook and Hale, Mill, Addlestone and Chertsey Bournes as a result of recent heavy rainfall.

This week marks Apprenticeship Week (3-9 February) and I attended the British Retail Consortium’s National Apprenticeship Week’s reception in Parliament.  I met with inspirational employers and apprentices highlighting the fantastic opportunities quality apprenticeship programmes can bring.
