Constituents will be aware of my ongoing campaign to ensure a fair deal for park home residents, from securing equal access to Government support schemes, fair treatment from utility providers, improvements to the rules around ground rent charges, and my campaign to reform the licensing system, strengthen Fit and Proper Person tests and address the mandatory 10% commission on park home sales.
I’m proud to represent a large community of park home residents in Runnymede and Weybridge. Park Home residents need a fair deal, and I have today written to the Communities Secretary requesting they meet with me to discuss the continued challenges and how we can work together to deliver for park home residents.
